The fine spiralizing blade creates 4 mm x 4 mm strips, much like spaghetti – perfect for courgettes. For a thicker, 4 mm x 6 mm spiral, try the medium spiralizing blade – these strands are ideal for casseroles and soups. If you’re after a tasty alternative to pasta, then look no further.

 

Discover 4 mm ribbon-style results with the two slicing blades. Use the 12 mm corer for fresh fruit and vegetables with little or no core – like sweet potatoes – and the 23 mm version for those with larger cores, such as pears. As well as providing fine slices, they will clean your ingredients in the centre, so there’s less work for you.

 

Use the peeling blade on its own, or with another blade, to peel an apple in under 10 seconds. You can also enjoy minimal wastage. Plus, the fruit and vegetable skewer handily holds items in place while they’re being transformed.
